About the Role
As a Data Engineer, you will join a close-knit team of experts dedicated to delivering end-to-end data solutions for our clients. Reporting to the Data Engineering Lead, you will work on a variety of projects, from building robust data pipelines and warehouses to implementing AI-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions
• Develop and optimize data models and data warehousing solutions
• Utilize cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for data services and infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in data engineering

Skills and ExperienceEssential:

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Experience working directly with clients (either external in a consulting role or internal within an organization)
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data services (Azure preferred)
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Spark, with the ability to write clean and scalable code

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks (certifications are a plus)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with big data frameworks such as Spark
• Knowledge of streaming data solutions and best practices in data security
