About the Role:

This is no ordinary accounting position. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be a pivotal member of the finance team, taking ownership of key financial responsibilities while working as the second in charge to the Finance Manager.

Your strategic insights will directly influence business decisions, and your leadership will drive operational excellence across the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budget planning across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage the Fixed Asset Register and IFRS 16 Lease Accounting.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax returns, BAS lodgements, and financial audit.
• Support cash flow management, daily bank reconciliations, and supply chain partnerships.
• Drive process improvements and lead digital transformation initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Degree qualified + CA/CPA accreditation (mandatory).
• Proven experience in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical, problem-solving abilities.
• A confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
