The Role

Our client has a team of 5 lawyers plus the Director that have significant tenure at the firm. One of the lawyers is off overseas and so an opportunity has arisen to work with this dynamic and learnered group. The Director comes with a stellar reputation in persoanl injury law as an OG of starting the firm. The Senior Associate is funny and collaborative and looking for a like person with solid pi experience to work closely with him.

In this role, you will grow and develop to become a pillar of the team and build the team further.

You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-4yrs personal injury experience
• Ability to run files with little supervision
• Good communication skills and able to confidently speak with clients
• Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
• Commercial acumen
• Strong work ethic
