About the role

Busy Northern Beaches roofing company is seeking an experienced Metal Roofer to join our team in Brookvale. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation and repair of various metal roofing systems. As a key member of our skilled trades team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our residential clients and high end builders .

What you'll be doing

• Accurately measure, cut, and install metal roofing materials
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and efficient completion of roofing projects
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments

What we're looking for

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Metal Roofer or in a similar roofing trade role
• Strong practical skills in measuring, cutting, and installing various metal roofing materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve roofing issues
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Must live locally
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Current construction industry safety certifications (e.g. White Card)
