Subway Shamim Group is looking for an experienced Manager to join their team in the Corio, VIC . This role will suit a professional, highly motivated, operations-focused applicant who has had previous Management experience and is flexible to work in different areas across Corio, VIC. The individual will be focused on the delivery of Subway Standards, can motivate a team & maintain the KPIs set by HQ. The Manager could oversee are:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain WH&S standards within the restaurant
• Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times
• Set goals and action plans for the Restaurants
• Implementation and follow-up of Food Safety procedures
• Ability to achieve financial budgets
• Coach and lead teams to reduce food costs within the store
• Oversee rosters within the region while maintaining labour goal
• Coaching new Managers to lead great teams
• Working under the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on all Operational changes and advise

Salary and Benefits

• $31.00/per hours Max 38 hours per week
