We are currently seeking candidates looking to join the Conqueror Team, in Banyo, as a skilled and experienced Service Technician / Accessory Fitter.
As a member of the Team, in these roles, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, installing, fitting, and maintaining a variety of accessories and upgrades for our off-road caravans. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.

Service Technician/Accessory Fitter Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and diagnose issues with offroad caravans.
• Conduct routine servicing (brakes, bearings etc), repairs and maintenance on caravan 12V electrical systems, plumbing, chassis, and appliances.
• Install and test caravan components and accessories.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements for the Role:

• Some experience in a similar role within the caravan or automotive industry.
• Knowledge of relevant 12V systems and components.
• Be mechanically minded and have the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in caravan repairs, auto electrical systems, or related fields.
• Qualification as Cert3 or higher Mechanical or Auto Electrical
• Forklift licence
