Solar Accredited Electrician – Full-Time (Perth)

Hughes Electrical Group is a provider of electrical and solar solutions, specialising in the installation and maintenance of residential solar systems. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Accredited Electrician to join our Perth team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install solar systems in residential properties.
• Mentoring: Teach and work with apprentice electricians, guiding and equipping them to work alongside tradespeople in solar installation.
• Flexibility: Ability to work outside the Perth Metro area as required.

Requirements:

• Working Rights: Full Australian working rights with no limitations.
• Qualifications: A-grade electrical license, SAA accreditation, white card, and working at heights certification.
• Driver’s License: Full driver’s license.
• Experience: At least two years of post-apprenticeship solar system installation experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
