About the role

Kekeco Childcare Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Bachelor Qualified Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Broadford, VIC. This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Observe, assess and document children's learning and development to inform your teaching practice
• Build warm, nurturing relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistency and continuity of care
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Comply with all relevant early childhood education regulations and centre policies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality early childhood programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check
