About the Role
As a Open Cut Examiner and Mining Supervisor, you’ll provide critical statutory and supervisory coverage across various NSW open-cut mines. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example to uphold safety and compliance standards.
• Conducting statutory inspections and implementing risk management strategies.
• Supervise day-to-day production operations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and crews to achieve safety and production targets.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced OCE with:

• A valid NSW OCE qualification and current Practicing Certificate.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Mining Supervisor.
• Strong leadership, decision-making skills and professionalism.

Highly Desirable

• Demonstrated experience in contractor management, rehabilitation and mine closure
• Supervision of civil works
