ABOUT THE ROLE

Following some recent changes in the business an opportunity has arisen for a star financial accountant. You will be responsible for:

• Group consolidation financial accounting, including elimination entries
• Monthly financial reporting, primarily focussed on Balance Sheet
• Quarter-end and Year-end Statutory reporting
• Excel based Balance Sheet monthly reconciliations, accruals etc
• Process journal entries, inclusive of share based payments, R/E, provisions etc
• Technical disclosures
• Deal with auditor questions at year-end
• Cash flow reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• CPA or CA qualified and relevant degree in finance/accounting
• ideally 2 years relevant commercial experience or Big 4 first mover
• Experience with group consolidations highly regarded
• Must have a great attitude, willing to learn and detailed oriented
• Strong Excel based skills
