Role Description

As a Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production process of medical equipment, working closely with the Floor Manager and Manufacturing Manager to ensure quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Further opportunity for Service and Technician work; site specific training provided and additional paid allowances.

• Fit and capable of physical labour
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 35kg) and perform manual labour
• Experience with hand tools, soldering, power tools, or mechanical assembly is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as directed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Consistent work history and are looking for a long-term role.
• Open Driver's License
• Installation/servicing of manufactured products which travel to site may be required (local and interstate)
