Avant Stone is looking for a warehouse storeperson, who is able to manage warehouse responsibilities as well as assist customers in a personable and diligent manner. Avant Stone is a distributor of stone benchtop slabs and tiles, based in the Beresfield area, where you will have opportunities to learn and grow your role into a career.

Whilst knowledge of tile or stone slab industry is well regarded, it is your attitude that is the most important factor as product training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Overhead Crane experience is essential as you will be required to handle stone slabs
• Forklift & MR truck licence experience will be highly regarded
• Ability to confidently liaise with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Basic computer, arithmetic & administration skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently plan and execute tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and flexibility to prioritise tasks as required
• Strong OHS focus
• Able to pack orders & load trucks accurately.
• Applicants will be required to work Saturdays mornings
• Driver's licence & own reliable transport required
