Hours: Full Time Hours, Monday – Friday

Contract length: ASAP Start

Casual Hourly Rate: $36.16

Purpose of the role:

The Maintenance officer is responsible for undertaking and/or assisting in the general planned and corrective maintenance activities across the facilities overseen by our client. These tasks may include but not limited to, general property maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and associated construction activities, for room refurbishment and facility maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintenance Services – planned/responsive repairs
• Refurbishments
• Systems and Reporting
• Customer Service
• Work Health and Safety
• General Maintenance

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Trade qualified or an experienced Handyman
• Current Police Check
• Current NDISWC
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
• Current Driver Licence

• Minimum of 2 work-related references
