Customer Service Representative

About the role:
Our client is a leading distributor of industrial and electrical products, located in Western Sydney. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join their dynamic team.
In the customer service division, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, handle inbox management, prepare quotes, and perform various customer service duties, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Responding to high volumes of calls, both inbound and outbound.
• Handling email communications.
• Documenting and updating customer interactions, handling activity escalations, processing customer accounts, and organizing documentation.
• Responding to detailed product and personalized service questions from clientele.

Skills and experience:

• Call centre experience is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience across MS Office, SAP is desirable.
• High attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
• Can-do positive attitude!
