About the Role

KORO Fine Australian Jewellery is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team in Perth, WA. As a casual employee, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect piece of jewellery. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in the retail and consumer products industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly and helpful assistance to customers, answering product-related questions and guiding them to find the right jewellery items
• Demonstrating and showcasing our jewellery collections to customers
• Maintaining an organised and visually appealing retail space
• Handling cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends (Saturday only)
• Engage and advice in the Design process of custom made Jewellery
