  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
  • Analyse website performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion data to drive informed decisions.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools, CMS, and e-commerce systems.
  • Work with SEO and content teams to enhance search performance and accessibility.
  • Manage backlog, write user stories, and work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Communicate product vision, updates, and insights to key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll have skills in the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably managing website platforms.
  • Strong understanding of website development, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager), and front-end technologies.
  • Experience in user experience (UX), CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other web analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and write clear user stories.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) is a plus.
  • Exposure to e-commerce or digital marketing is highly desirable.
