We are seeking a talented and motivated MS 365 Engineer to join our client in Melbourne. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to healthcare workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective CRM/ERP solutions.

Integrate Dynamics 365 with other healthcare systems and third-party applications.

Optimize system performance and ensure security best practices are in place.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MS Dynamics 365.

Provide technical guidance and training to end-users and support teams.

Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP).

Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.

Experience with custom development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Automate.

Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
