• Assist the Director across a diverse portfolio of under 70 properties industrial, retail, and office properties.
• Manage arrears, leasing and tenant relationships.
• Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors.
• Handle administrative tasks, lease entries, and escalated facilities matters.
