About us
O Spine is introducing an innovative and comprehensive, diagnostic based approach to spine health. Our model incorporates prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. The successful candidate will work closely with Professor Brian Owler, an experienced spine surgeon, as well as experienced senior Physiotherapist colleagues. The position offers the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of a care model that is anticipated to set new benchmarks in spinal health treatment and management. In addition to O Spine’s focus on superior spinal care, all of our physiotherapists also manage a caseload of general musculoskeletal and orthopaedic patients.
About the role
We are seeking a physiotherapist with an interest in spinal conditions, as well as general musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, who is passionate about optimum clinical outcomes and looking to further advance their career. The role will be predominantly located at a brand new clinic location in Rouse Hill, with the possibility of some shifts at our Bella Vista or Wahroonga clinics. This new location will provide the opportunity to work closely with urgent care and orthopaedic medical staff and has the advantage of onsite pathology, x-ray and MRI facilities.
As a key and valued member of O Spine, you will be actively involved in the ongoing improvement of O Spine’s service delivery as well as building and mentoring the wider O Spine team.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Assessment, education and treatment of patients with cervical and lumbar spine pathologies as well as general musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions
- Collaborate with Professor Owler for both pre and post operative management of spinal surgical patients
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to benefit and improve the patient experience at O Spine

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- First Aid qualification / accreditation
Experience in general musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and spine related conditions and treatment
