About the Role:
We are looking for a Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee kitchen operations in NSW. This role will be responsible for coordinating across multiple locations, managing staffing arrangements, and ensuring the seamless operation of kitchen processes. Location: Multiple Branches in NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Kitchen Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen workflow across multiple locations.
2. Staff Coordination & Scheduling: Optimize staff scheduling to improve efficiency and minimize labour waste.
3. Staff Training & Quality Assurance – Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure food quality and final products meet company standards.
4. Cross-Store Workforce Management & Scheduling: Strategically allocate kitchen staff across multiple locations, optimize scheduling, and develop backup personnel to ensure seamless operations and staff coverage.
5. Inventory & Supply Management: Work collaboratively with store managers and BOH team members to monitor stock levels, coordinate supply needs, and ensure cost-effective inventory control.
6. Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment following food safety regulations.
7.Team Leadership & Training: Support and guide kitchen staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to operational standards.
8.Collaboration with FOH: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and communication.
9. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Quickly address and resolve any operational challenges that arise.
Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in Multi-Store Kitchen Operations – Preferred background in overseeing operations across multiple locations or managing large-scale kitchen environments.
2. Knowledge of Kitchen Workflow & Best Practices – Understanding of kitchen processes, efficiency strategies, and food safety regulations.
2. Fluency in both English and Mandarin would be a highly preference.
3. Effective communication and coordination with BOH teams and store managers.
4. Strong leadership with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
5. Results-driven, sharp attention to detail, decisive, and highly skilled in problem-solving.
