Woods & Co are excited to partner with a fast-growing 3PL company transforming global eCommerce. Supporting over 250 brands, they deliver innovative logistics and international shipping. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Assistant to manage financial transactions, including invoicing, generating daily reports, and handling general accounting admin duties.

What will you do?

• Handle daily transactions, including payables and receivables, and process weekly invoices with follow-ups on unpaid bills
• Handle fortnightly payroll processing
• Use Xero to prepare and submit financial reports, and analyse data with Power BI and Excel
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
• Provide support for financial inquiries

What do you need?

• Proficient in Xero, MYOB and Excel
• Power BI reporting experience (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts officer or similar role
• Strong payroll processing and billing/accounts management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Able to work independently or collaboratively
• Mandarin fluency is highly desirable
