We are a not-for-profit registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Our Head Office is based in Wagga Wagga but we are located throughout the Riverina Murray region.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a number of Community Support Workers to join our SIL team in Wagga Wagga. For the right candidates we have part time positions available for up to 60 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity to increase contracted hours over time.
Applicants with flexible availability will be highly regarded as these positions are required to work multiple overnight sleepover shifts each fortnight.
As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a quality service to meet the individual needs of our clients. This includes:
- Contributing to create an environment that empowers people with disabilities.
- Providing daily living support to people with disability to look after themselves while enhancing their independence and self-determination.
- Supporting the integration of people with disabilities in the community.
- Championing a safe workplace by eliminating or minimising risk to the health and safety of yourself and those around you.
Importantly, you must demonstrate a real desire to work with people living with disability and have a sound understanding of how to best assist them to live a life of their choice.

Pay Rate
$33.41 per hour + super, NFP salary packaging, annual leave loading and penalties and allowances.
