This is a chance to lead a small team in a cosy, well-run facility that serves approximately 55 residents. With a focus on homestyle cooking and high-quality, nutritious meals, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. While there are some dietary and texture-modified needs, the core menu emphasizes wholesome and comforting dishes.

As Chef, you’ll oversee menu planning, ordering, and kitchen operations—all with the backing of a dedicated team of Catering Assistants/Kitchen Hands.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in aged care or similar environments.
• Immediate availability.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
• Strong food and labour cost management skills
• Expertise in stock control, including ordering and rotation
• A commitment to compliance and food safety standards
• Passion for delivering high-quality, nourishing meals for the elderly
