What You'll Do:

This is a rewarding and dynamic role where your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting PALM candidates in navigating Australian culture and responding to questions about life and work
• Helping individuals reach financial goals and manage finances effectively
• Being responsive to calls for assistance and support when needed
• Maintaining flexible availability for on-call support as required
• Conducting record-keeping using Excel spreadsheets and other tracking tools
