Hi-Tec Oils is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Newcastle branch in Cardiff. This role is ideal for an experienced distribution warehouse professional who can oversee daily operations, manage a small team of storemen, and ensure efficient stock handling and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a small team of storemen and warehouse staff.
• Pick and pack orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with accurate stock ordering and control.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks as part of daily operations.
• Occasionally deliver stock as needed (MR truck license preferred).
• Ensure workplace safety standards and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in distribution warehousing and team leadership.
• A current forklift license (essential).
• An MR truck license (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach to work.
