We are looking for highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator who is passionate about early education and share our vision for learning.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

• A Growth Mindset,
• A love of learning,
• Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
• Suitable qualifications for the role,
• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
• Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the box.
• An ability to support online learning journey tools (eg Kinder M8).
• Passion for implementing sustainable practices.
