As a Senior Systems & Network Engineer, you will provide server, network, and infrastructure resources to the company's existing clients. What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment, including virtualisation and storage
• Utilised technical knowledge to prepare high-level design documents (network and infrastructure), Statements of Work (SOW), detailed proposal documents, and User Requirement Statements, while actively participating in client meetings for discovery and preparation of these documents.
• Previous experience in a project-focused role at an MSP is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in networking technologies such as VLAN, LAG, VPN, network switching, and traffic prioritisation.
• Ability to design and implement secure business-grade wireless (Wi-Fi) networks.
• Experience with cloud-centric technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT, including servers, desktops, and networks.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, including risk assessment and remediation.
• Experience with Microsoft packages, Office 365/Azure/AWS, and virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V).
