The Position

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding quality repairs and a high level of customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Repair: Fix household appliances such as fridges, washer, oven, cooktop etc with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experienced in working with top quality brands
• Manage Your Day: Keep a tight schedule, handle multiple repair jobs, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Document Your Work: Stay organized by keeping thorough records in Aroflo, complete with notes and photos.
• Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and glowing reviews are your benchmarks.
• Time Management: Punctuality and efficiency in completing repairs are key.
• Accurate Documentation: No detail is too small, and your notes are always clear and complete.
• Management of van stock

Experience and Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or hands-on experience in repairing household appliances
• Very familiar in navigating Perth roads

• Previous experience in appliance repair
• Ability to work unsupervised
