About the Role:

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will lead and drive business process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, achieving cost savings, and aligning with IT strategy. You will play a key role in educating and supporting business units in adopting Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities include:

• Leading process improvement, promoting standardisation, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Developing and managing a business process dashboard to track cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Acting as the product owner for AI & automation, ensuring smooth integration of digital transformation initiatives.
• Structuring processes to facilitate future ERP system upgrades or replacements.
• Leading Lean Six Sigma training and transformation workshops.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar analytical role driving process improvements.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experience leading improvement initiatives.
• A track record of working with AI & Automation and contributing to ERP projects.
• Ability to align business objectives with operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
