About the role

As a delivery driver and customer service representative at the Silk Flower Rental Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery and installation of our high-quality flower arrangements to our valued clients in the Sydney NSW area. What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently delivering flower arrangements to client locations within the designated service area
• Assisting with the installation and arrangement of flowers at client sites
• Providing exceptional customer service and acting as the face of the company during client interactions
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
• Accurately processing client orders and ensuring prompt delivery
• Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure the timely fulfilment of client requests
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and customer service
