As our business expands through product diversification and market growth, we are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance Team and contribute to Australia’s energy-efficiency industry.

The Role

• Prepare weekly cashflow forecast, invoice reconciliation and trade finance audits for review with Financial Controller.
• Support Financial Controller in preparation of monthly management accounts and insights into company performance
• Be responsible for statutory returns (BAS, FBT), expense claims and credit card processes
• Drive process improvements and financial efficiencies
• Partner across the business to ensure seamless financial operations
• Mentor and support offshore AP and AR team members

What We’re Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified (working toward or newly qualified - encouraged to apply!)
• Four or more years experience in a hands-on finance role
• Background in a product-oriented business with $30M or more turnover
• Strong Excel skills (Xero experience a plus)
• Proven cashflow management and reporting expertise
• Detail-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
