Inclusion and Engagement Coordinator - Fixed Term Parental Leave Contract

Intereach have an exciting career opportunity for an Inclusion and Engagement Coordinator. This role requires a leader in this field, that is passionate about creating positive workplace culture, can work independently but also collaboratively, can lead key initiatives and drive our Diversity and Inclusion strategic plans. You will work closely with key stakeholders to create opportunities for staff and work across our large footprint to work effectively with a diverse range of people within the broader community.

The Inclusion and Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in promoting and engaging with staff and the community to create a safe, respectful working environment that puts the wellbeing of all staff and the organisation first.

This is a full time 12-month parental leave backfill position and can be located at any Intereach Office.

The Inclusion and Engagement Coordinator is paid at a level 5.1 on the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award with an annual salary of $97,377.80 + super + salary packaging.
