What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running daily on-site operations – making sure projects stay on track.
• Managing tradesmen, apprentices, and subbies – leading by example.
• Coordinating with the Senior Project Manager and builders to keep the workflow smooth.
• Checking quality and safety – we do it once and do it right.
• Managing materials and equipment – no time for delays.
• You will also be required to work on the tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in commercial plumbing with at least 2 years supervising.
• A natural leader who can keep the team motivated and working efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installations & drawings.
• Organised and proactive – you stay ahead of the game.
• White Card + Plumbing Trade Qualification. A problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude – no mucking around.

Predominantly our projects are in Brisbane although we tender works from North Brisbane down to northern NSW and are actively seeking projects on the Gold Coast.
