About the Role:

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the hotel. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting staff, and driving overall hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Lead, train, and support the front office and operational teams
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and cost controls
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and manage supplies
• Support staff rostering, team development, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards and health & safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality or hotel operations
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A passion for delivering outstanding guest service
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with hotel PMS systems (Opera or Protel highly regarded)
Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
