Melbourne Smiles Dental Laboratory is looking to grow our team with an experienced acrylic Dental Technician in a full time role.

Melbourne Smiles Denture Clinic is located on the corner of Chapel Street and Dandenong Road in Windsor. Since 2011, our dream is to provide our patients with the highest quality appliances, fantastic customer care experience to improve their quality of life and believe in going above n beyond. We are also a full service dental laboratory onsite where we trade under Melbourne Smiles Dental Laboratory so there is never a dull moment in our clinic.

As a Dental Technician, you will report to the Dental Laboratory Manager and work with the Dental prosthetics team, where you will provide high quality denture services from the quick day repairs/relines to the more complex cases.

Responsibilities for Dental Technician role:

• Ensuring that all dental appliances meet high quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Expectations of a Dental Technician to be able to do: Denture repairs; Denture relines; Denture Set Ups and finishes; Tooth additions; flexibles; and more.

To be successful, you will require:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high quality appliances
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team

This role is Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with no late nights or weekend work.
