This is a permanent opportunity (full-time or part-time options available) with the flexibility to work both onsite at North Parramatta and work from home (WFH).
About the Opportunity
- Location: North Parramatta, NSW
- Hours: Monday to Friday flexible time between 8am to 5pm.
- Flexible Work Options: Work from North Parramatta and from home.
- Competitive Benefits: Salary packaging up to $18,550 + super.
- Travel: Willingness to visit sites within Parramatta LGA using the company vehicle if needed.
Uniting is seeking an Outcomes Lead to support our Specialist Homelessness Services team in shaping a culture of outcomes-focused service delivery. This role is not about managing people—it’s about influencing change, enhancing impact, and driving measurable improvements in service outcomes.
About You in the Role
• You have experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, or research interviews to foster learning and improvement.
• You can analyse data and interpret insights to support evidence-based decision-making.
• You are skilled in stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships internally and externally to drive service enhancements.
• You have excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• You are highly organised and adaptable, managing multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in outcomes measurement, program evaluation, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, client databases, and statistical tools for data analysis.
Essential Requirements
• Diploma or higher in community services, social sciences, allied health, or a related field.
• NSW Working with Children Check & National Criminal Record Check.
• Current Driver’s Licence (willing to travel within the Parramatta LGA using a company vehicle if needed).
