About the Role

As EL 2 Director Program Strategy and Coordination, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the program’s success.

You’ll ensure seamless coordination, manage program-wide risks, and lead strategic engagement across multiple agencies and jurisdictions.

What You Will Do

• Provide high-level strategic insights and operational support to executive leadership.
• Oversee governance structures, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and manage program-wide communication strategies.
• Work closely with the PMO to ensure effective budget, resource, and milestone management.
• Support executive recruitment, workforce planning, and capability development.

What You Will Bring

• Extensive experience leading large, complex programs, policy initiatives, or public administration.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills in high-pressure environments.
• Proven expertise in risk management, governance, and executive decision-making.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
