We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrician to join our expanding team, focusing on electrical and air conditioning refurbishments across 30+ retirement villages in the Brisbane area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent, full-time position with the chance to grow our Brisbane operations.

About the Role:

• Perform electrical and air conditioning refurbishment works in retirement village units and communal areas.
• Work independently and as part of a team, supervising and mentoring an apprentice.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
• Install, maintain, and repair various electrical systems and air conditioning units.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, complying with relevant Australian Standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and village management.
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of our Brisbane service area.

About You:

• Qualified Electrician with a current Queensland Electrical License.
• Experience in electrical and air conditioning installations and repairs.
• Strong understanding of Australian Electrical Standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience working in occupied residences, or with elderly clients is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage and grow the Brisbane area.
