Part-Time Property Manager - Join Our Dynamic Team in Aubin Grove

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join our energetic and hands-on team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 5 + years property management experience and current certification.

About the Role:

• Location: Aubin Grove
• Days: 2 to 3 days per week, with the potential to increase to 4 or 5 days as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections and create detailed reports.
• Use property management software (Property Tree) and digital systems to manage and track properties.
• Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants.
• Troubleshoot property issues and provide solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and property management trends.

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Current real estate license or registration.
• Strong proficiency in Property Tree and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• A proactive and energetic attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
