About the Role

An opportunity has become available in our Mackay Warehouse for an experienced Warehouse Assistant for an immediate start. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the warehouse and stores are organised and maintained in an effective and tidy manner.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Picking & Packing, Internal & External customer orders
• Locating and movement of stock
• Assisting with receiving of stock, stock labelling and put away
• Assisting with organising freight and dispatch of customer orders
• Assisting with cyclic stock take counts
• Bin location maintenance
• General housekeeping
• Keeping warehouse clean and in order
• General duties as required
• At all times, adhere to OH&S practices

The right candidate will possess:

• Warehouse experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Email
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Forklift Licence (High Risk LF) essential
