We are a small, friendly window & door manufacturing company in West Gosford who pride ourselves in fabricating quality residential aluminium windows and doors, we are currently seeking to employ a skilled window & door fabricator, a self-motivated person who will contribute towards the continued success of the business. Wages to suit the skillset.

We assemble the windows & doors from start to finish - we do not work as a production line.

The role requires an experienced window & door fabricator with a good understanding of aluminium windows & doors, who has high attention to detail, be a leader & role model to other employees, can problem solve when required, experience in making high end products is an advantage.

A monthly RDO & the option to start early & finish early on Friday's are included.

Duties include & are not limited to: manufacturing high end products, limited onsite & service work. To be considered for this role, skills in the following areas would be a benefit:

Proven recent experience in the aluminium window & door industry.

Leadership skills.

Attention to detail & a commitment to quality.

Ability to problem solve.

Fit into our team environment & lead others.

Divers licence & own transport a must.

Ability to measure and cut accurately.

Be reliable, honest, motivated and willing to take on new tasks. A great attitude is essential.

Effective communication skills and presentation.
