Dural Family Medical Practice is a GP led practice in the north-west of Sydney near Castle Hill, NSW. This practice has been operating for the last 30 years and is a mixed billing practice.

A position has become available for a casual Registered Nurse to join our team. This position could eventually become a part-time permanent position.

This impactful and rewarding role will provide the opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic team of doctors, nurses and receptionists to engage with our wonderful local Dural community.

Your roles and responsibilities in summary:

• Giving immunisations
• Assisting with procedures and walk-in traumas and minor emergencies
• Performing ECGs, spirometry
• Assisting with medical stock inventory and equipment
• Performing health assessments
• Wound care and dressings

Rates per hour is in accordance to the Nurses Award plus superannuation.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and ideally have past experience in General Practice nursing (however not mandatory).
• Not be a current patient of the practice.

Current working days needed:

Mondays to Wednesdays 8am to 3.30pm.
