The Role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Family Law Solicitor to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including:

• Divorce & separation
• Child custody & parenting arrangements
• Child support and binding child support agreements
• Spousal maintenance & financial agreements
• Property settlements
• Family violence intervention orders

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian practising certificate and admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria & High Court of Australia
• Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
• Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
