Whilst winning isn’t everything, we are proud of our success and love it when we reach the #1 spot.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a motivated Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our People, Performance and Culture team in managing Custom Fleet's HR systems and reporting needs across Australia and New Zealand. • PPC Tech Roadmap Delivery: Drive PPC technology projects aligned with the 3-year roadmap, managing internal stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver HRIS enhancements and new modules.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver accurate cyclical and ad-hoc reports (requested from PPC and other functions including global), developing queries and/or integrating data from various sources, to meet business needs. Communicate data, trends, & insights in a manner which is appropriate to the desired outcome and audience.
  • Project Support: Support a range of cyclical and ad-hoc PPC projects from a systems and reporting perspective, including performance reviews, compensation, goal planning, engagement surveys, and compliance-related analysis.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will present with the following background and skills:

  • A degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Lead HRIS Administrator (SaaS) or in an HRIS implementation role, combined with at least 2 years of experience as a data/reporting analyst.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data transformation). Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to actively listen and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to leverage data to drive insights, influence decisions, and contribute to shaping workforce strategies.
