About the role

D&C Skips is seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Skip Bin Truck Driver to join our dynamic team in Lonsdale, SA. As a full-time Skip Bin Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and reliable skip bin services to our commercial and residential customers across the local area.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate and manoeuvre our skip bin trucks to collect and transport waste materials from customer sites
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of skip bins, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle, performing daily checks and reporting any issues
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as required

What we're looking for

• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year experience operating heavy vehicles
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail
