The Role:
As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in building and optimizing user-facing applications that interact with blockchain technology. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product team, and designers to create intuitive and high-performance user experiences.

What you’ll oo:

• Develop and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using React, TRPC, React Query, Next and/or Cloudflare.
• Own the frontend infrastructure, codebase and quality.
• Establish patterns, standards and documentation for the team.
• Conduct detailed code reviews
• Design plan and execute refactors
• Work closely with UX/UI designers
• Optimize application performance, usability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design efficient data flow between frontend and blockchain systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in Web3, crypto, and frontend development.

What they are looking For:

• Experience in frontend development, preferably in startups, fintech or fast moving scale-up environment. You may also have developed your skills in a consulting environment supporting a relevant client group.
• Strong proficiency in React and ideally TRPC, Next, Cloudflare or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or other blockchain-related libraries.
• A deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
