The client
This large US multinational is experiencing organic and acquisition growth. Their products support the health and well-being of consumers across the world and their brand is well-known within their niche business.

The role

Reporting to the Credit Manager you will work in a team of experienced Credit Officers where process improvement suggestions are always welcome.

The responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

  • being responsible for a State ledger with B2B clients who can be large multinationals or SMEs.
  • opening and reviewing accounts, releasing orders, updating master data, investigations and reconciliations.
  • managing inbound AR calls and solving problems.
  • conducting outbound collections calls.

The candidate
In order to be successful you will have:

  • more than three years' experience in an accounts receivable/credit controller role.
  • excellent phone collections and relationship building skills.
  • problem solving experience.

The rewards
A salary of up to $82K plus superannuation. The company and team environment is supportive and staff amenities are superb. Onsite parking is available or Mascot train station is a short walk. Two days WFH plus amazing staff perks, too numerous to detail.
