The role

Seeking an Audit Senior/Supervisor to join our growing team at Johnsons. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your auditing skills and progress your career within a reputable and dynamic accounting practice in Albury, NSW.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive audits and reviews for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, not-for-profits and government entities
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills
• Preparing detailed audit reports, analysis and recommendations for clients
• Collaborating with engagement partners to ensure audit objectives are met
• Identifying opportunities to improve clients' systems and processes
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant (CA or CPA) with 3+ years' post-qualification experience in external auditing
• Proven track record in leading audits and supervising junior team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings to clients
• Thorough understanding of Australian Auditing Standards and accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
