Do you have a qualification in early childhood education and care, or are you willing to study for it?

Blinky's is recruiting an educator to join its long-standing team immediately.

Applicants must be actively engaged in educating and caring for children from 12 months to five years of age and be skilled in communicating effectively with children, families, and educators. We seek educators passionate about the early childhood industry and those interested in working with a team where your opinion is valued, input is encouraged, and commitment is rewarded.

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

• ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willing to study towards them
• Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Current Employment Working with Children Check.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
• Confidence in building solid relationships and partnerships with children and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work all hours and be flexible and willing to act as a responsible person if required.
• Be a minimum of 18 years old
