What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an administration superstar to join our Mental Health Adminstration Team in a casual capacity. Peninsula Health Mental Health operates a number of services throughout the organisation. This position provides administrative support to the Community Mental Health Service located at various sites on the Mornington Peninsula.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
As first point of contact for the Peninsula Health Mental Health service, present a professional image and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times
Process administrative tasks within agreed timeframes
Demonstrate positive workplace behaviours and relationships at all times with internal and external stakeholders

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Intermediate to advanced ability to use MS office suite of programs
Ability to prepare letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
Extensive administration experience and switchboard functions
Ability to plan, organise and deliver on competing work demands
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment as well as independently

*Please refer to the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
